Vince Neil Needs Rehab BADLY

If you're a Motley Crue fan &/or a Vince Neil fan, I think you should know that the man is now out of jail but is no closer to sobriety than he was before. He continues to act out and apparently just does not "get it". Maybe he and Charlie Sheen can share a room in rehab.

- I think the neighbors did what most people would do because I re-read the note & kind of believe it sounded like a suicide note. I "hope" they reassured the boy that they WOULD take care of him no matter what. As to what they actually told the police? We can only speculate.

- I read the story as well & find it heartbreaking. I think being honest with the kid about their financial state and perhaps letting him stay with relatives or a trusted friend for a while would have been better than the route this guy took.

- Amazing how people will change over the years. What I can't understand though, is why someone like Rick Santorum would marry a woman with that kind of background (baggage). He portrays himself as this squeaky clean Christian guy.

- Guess your principles on parenting would be different than mine. I'm going on what was written in the article. I'm not going to assume that either the daughter OR the Mom are horrible here--just that there is something wrong within this home.

- I work for the state & moonlight in retail to make ends meet. I will get no raise this year from my full-time state job and my hours have been cut drastically since x-mas at my part-time retail position. Many people are hurting.

- I work at W-Mart part-time and just found out that the people greeter positions will be phased out this year (not sure if they will start with the overnight shifts first but that is what I've read online).

- Hearing people have sex doesn't lead kids to believe that their parents (or parent figures) have a good & healthy relationship. One doesn't equal the other in my opinion. Kids (at that age) are having a hard time finding themselves (and making the right decisions).

- I hope that Jake's daughter (or anyone else's) doesn't have to hear such things. As I've said before, kids do NOT need to be privy to their parents sex life. When boyfriends are in/out of the house, that doesn't make for a stable life for the girl this article is talking about.

- The Mom is not setting a good example for the daughter PERIOD "Christian" or not. I only use that metaphor as the whole sex issue is what most fundamentalists use to stand by their principles.

- Par, you are missing the point. Kids SHOULD NOT be privy to their parents' sex lives. The fact that this supposedly "Christian" Mom was shacking up with the boyfriend and thinking that what the Mom was telling her would negate the Mom's own behavior is sticking your head in the sand.

Hello,Mitsy-I wish you would actually go visit a children's hospital or a school for children with special needs-maybe you would change your viewpoint. My little boy does not have autism but he has cerebral palsy and is a joy and is loving and sweet. We do have behavior issues like those discussed here but he is a person and his life matters. If you don't have children or will someday have children you may realize how much you love them and even if they are imperfect they are worthy of life and love.
